Mr. Plesset's background includes a mix of corporate and agency recruiting experience. Most recently, he served as Executive Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager for Bechtel Corporation, one of the largest companies in the world. His blended background provides a unique foundation with positional advantages. His deep understanding is based in formal recruitment training in
Staffing, Recruiting, and Workforce Planning, along with corporate HR policy, labor laws and internal operations. Ocean Sales has industry recognized partners and industry experts collaborating on various special Human Resources challenges. In addition to talent acquisition, Ocean Sales also develops solutions for Compensation, Benefits, Succession Planning, Executive and Management Coaching, Employee Relations and Payroll activities.
